OMR music dataset of piano music with degrees of difficulty
The piano music have different levels of difficulty. There are several dimensions that makes a piece easy or hard, including:
formal
rhythm
harmonic complexity
density of texture
arious forms of instrumental technique (fingering, pedalling, chords and leaps, tonal demands)
the requirements of creative maturity
Henle Verlag has a list of nine levels.
