Northshore Research Lab
NSRL is a multidisciplinary teaching research laboratory where we use research for teaching purposes. Focus area for high school research and development include: computer vision, AI, smart electronics, and micro sensors.
Multidisciplinary research Lab for Youth Inventors
Northshore Research Lab (NSRL) conducts research in sensors (mechatronics), circuits, microfabrication, biosensors, and materials. We also support youth to publish research papers in archive journals and peer reviewed journals. It is located at Northshore area of Chicago.
The lab is modeled after Edison's Menlo Park research laboratory. It penetrates research, development and impactization activities in vertically integrated fashion.

Future Happens Today
Northshore Research Lab conducts cutting edge research on AI, sensors, robotics, and education. We strive to make people's lives easier, happier, and solution ready. A list of major research topics are below.
Robot Touch Sense
We develop world leading "Touch Tile" for enabling robotics sensors to have intelligent skin, for socially assistive roles.
MEMS & Chips
Advanced research in MEMS wafer probe cards for fast development cycle for next gen AI chips manufacturing.
AI Tutoring Tools
Self paced and interactive learning is difficult due to the lack of interactive teachers and AI assisted pedagogy.
