Intern experience certification - personalized tailored

Model internship positions with real responsibilities.  Positions are limited.  Each enrollment session last 6 months with weekend 1x1 supervision and task assignment.  

This class provides an entrepreneurship certificate with intern/apprentice experience components.

We provide or help arrange internship positions at different levels for STEM students.  This class is the portal for exciting internship and real learning opportunities.  It includes a Entrepreur Certificate which is a 450 dollar value.

Experience the interview, on board, and real project experience within the Stembay Learning company network.  We offer opportunities in coding, IT, marketing, accounting, and more.

STEMBAY provides internship experience where successful participants will play a crucial role in a business unit of STEMBAY.  Through the participation the intern will gain valuable experiences and insight, and develop personal interests.  Most such experiences is online for interns who are remote.

Upon initial interview, accepted individuals will join a Stembay BU or virtual BU and accumulate actual work experience.  The position will not be paid, but will recive mentorship, guidance, and project support.  Some participants will be encouraged to start their own virtue BU under our umbrella.

The total experience session last two months, like an internship.  The starting data is September 8 2024.  Each session last two months.  Participants will have weekly 1x1 meeting (1 hour at least) with the mentor, plus unlimited discussions.

1. Marketing

2. Engineering (such as website building, product development, media production)

3. Business accounting

4. Making of promotion materials

5. Strategizing business model and scaling business.

Benefits:

At the end of process, STEMBAY Learning Inc will provide certificates necessary for future employeement.  We will match interns with available positions.  We only offer limited number of such positions due to resource constraints.

Upon successful completion the intern will have accured actual work experience.  This is mostly remote under weekly 1x1 mentorship. Stembay will provide letters of recommendations to vouch for the experience and performance.
